Assiny group guarantees your right to exchange or return items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the items are in their original condition at the time of purchase and have not been used. This applies under the following conditions:
- e Items: If the product has any manufacturing defects, you have the right to exchange it for the same product or any Assiny group product of equal or higher value, provided you have the original receipt, and shipping costs will not be charged. Alternatively, you can request a refund and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

How to Return a Product:
Contact customer service to request a return.
Submit a return request, specifying the order number to be returned and confirming the relevant details.
Prepare your product(s) along with the receipt after filling out the return form.
In the return form, please select the products you wish to return, the number of items to be returned, and the reason for the return.
If you have lost your receipt or return form, you can contact customer service.
The customer will receive a copy of the return shipping policy for easy tracking.

If your order was placed with cash on delivery, your money will be refunded to your account with us, where you can use these funds for future orders or request a transfer to your bank account by contacting customer service.
