How can I see my order history?

You can view your order history at any time on our website following these steps:

1-Login to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page

2-Click on the link ‘View Orders’ on the right of the page. This will show you your order history.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Kindly note that the deducted amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days.

In case you did not get your refund back after 14 working days, please contact your bank.
